About Sailability South Africa
Sailability South Africa is dedicated to providing safe, enjoyable, and accessible sailing experiences for people with physical, intellectual, and sensory disabilities. Founded on the belief that sailing should be available to everyone, we work to break down barriers and create opportunities for individuals to experience the transformative power of being on the water.
Our specially adapted boats and trained volunteers ensure that participants can sail safely while building confidence, developing new skills, and forming lasting friendships. We sail with SV14 boats, specifically designed for accessible sailing - you can learn more about these innovative vessels at www.sv14.org. For now we only sail at Milnerton Aquatic Club Cape Town, but we are working on additional launching spots in South Africa.
